Hygiene Exception to the Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.
NIGHTREST™ is an anti-snore mouthpiece intended for use inside the mouth and is supplied with a hygiene seal. Once this seal has been opened or broken, the product cannot be returned unless it is faulty or not as described.
If the hygiene seal remains intact and the product is unopened, it may be returned within our 30-day return period.

As NIGHTREST™ is a hygiene product intended for use inside the mouth, it cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been opened or broken. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exclude the right to cancel for sealed hygiene products once they have been unsealed after delivery.
If the product remains unopened and the hygiene seal is fully intact, it may be returned within our 30-day return period.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item. Once your return request has been approved, we'll provide you with instructions on how to return your order.
